<p>Flame-barrier glazing (G glass, according to DIN 4102) made by the combination of panes of particularly low-absorption silica soda lime glass. Its composition, by weight, includes less than 200 ppm of Fe2O3 and less than 100 ppm of other colouring oxides. The risk of explosive fracture at the start of exposure to fire is reduced and the collapse of the glazing at the end of exposure is delayed. <IMAGE></p> |
