发明名称 METHOD FOR FIXING SINGLE CRYSTALLINE FIBER FOR OPTICAL DEVICE TO THE BASE
摘要 PURPOSE:To abrade both ends of single crystal fiber to a high grade of optically abraded faces by bonding single crystal fiber to the base using an bubble-free adhesive which has been defoamed under vacuum by ultrasonic treatment to give a substrate bonded with a bubble-free adhesive whereby the both ends of fiber is abraded into a ground surface of optically high grade. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive is defoamed beforehand by treating it with ultrasonic waves under vacuum. Using the defoamed adhesive, the single crystal fiber for an optical device is bonded to the base. Then, the adhesive in the bonded substrate is cured, as it is subjected to ultrasonic and vacuum-defoaming treatments.
