PURPOSE:To reduce oscillation errors and the like. CONSTITUTION:A complementary filter 26 is provided with a feedback loop by feedback coefficient Kb to reduce offset errors. A differential term appearing in the numerator of the transmission function of the complementary filter 26 is corrected by correction coefficient alpha to reduce oscillation errors. An increase in oscillation errors accompanying large setting of the feedback coefficient Kb is suppressed by adaptive control of the feedback coefficient Kb and the correction coefficient alpha, thereby reducing drift errors and likewise errors. |
