<p>PURPOSE: To provide a process which enables more concentric mass transfer and an apparatus which is more compact in spite of high performance, is extremely low in the ratio of non-vaporized circulating water and is used for executing the process. CONSTITUTION: Baffle plates 20 to 22 in an orifice form or disk form are mounted at a flow passage 5' in this apparatus for guiding a gaseous medium and a fluid state and pulsation are generated by these baffle plates, by which the effective mass transfer between the gaseous medium and the liquid medium fed by a high-pressure nozzle 8 is effected.</p> |
