The device comprises a rail placed horizontally on top of a frame guiding multi-shaped parts regularly supplied from a part- supply unit, a sensor for detecting the existence of a part reached at a specified position of the rail, a first clamping way which fixes the part tightly on one side of reference plane of the rail, and a second clamping means which fixes the part on the step of the rail, thereby improving productivity and preventing the springing-back by elastic force of the lead.
