PURPOSE:To raise the liquid leaking resistance of a cell by forming a film consisting primarily of a benzotriazole derivative on the copper or copper alloy surface of a negative side current collector in contact with a gasket. CONSTITUTION:The separator 2 consisting of the positive electrode mixture 1 and the liquid absorptive layer 6 is set in the positive electrode can 8, and also the negative electrode mixture 7 is filled in the negative terminal plate 9 as a negative side current collector.
