PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor device wherein inductance of an outside connection conductor connecting a plurality of semiconductor devices in parallel is decreased, relating to a transistor inverter device or the like. CONSTITUTION:Connection conductors 5, 6 constituted of flat angular type conductor bars bridge outer leading-out terminals of a plurality of semiconductor devices 8, and are fixed to the outer leading-out terminals of each semiconductor device by using terminal screws 14. Thus the semiconductor devices are connected in parallel. One or a plurality of slit type grooves 15 are cut and formed parallel to the current flowing direction, in the plate surface of the conductor bar, thereby increasing the surface area of a conductor current flow path to decrease the inductance value. |
