<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a power line and a signal line between a coordinate pointer and a coordinate input device main body by taking the voltage to be excited from an external alternating inagvetic field to the detected conductor. CONSTITUTION:X-axis coordinate detecting conductors 3 and 4 are wired to cross at right angles with the X axis deviated by 1/4 pitch on a substrate 2. Y-axis coordinate detecting conductors 5 and 6 are wired to cross at right angles with the Y axis deviated by 1/4 pitch on the substrate 2. An exciting conductor 7 is wired on the substrate 2 parallel to the X axis and with the loop corresponding to the pitch of the detecting conductors 3 and 4. The position of the coordinate pointer in one pitch of the detecting conductor and the location of the coordinate pointer in any pitch of the detected conductor taking the origin as a reference are detected on X and Y axes respectively, totaling the both to decide the coordinate of the coordinate pointer taking the origin as the reference.</p> |
