PURPOSE:To provide the retouching agent for an offset printing plate free from adverse effect on human bodies and environments, and capable of retouching rapidly and certainly, maintaining hydrophilicity for a long period after the retouching, enhancing storage stability of the retouching solution, and utilizing a silver image as an ink receiving material. CONSTITUTION:The retouching agent for the offset printing plate can utilize the silver image as the ink receiving material and it is represented by formula I in which R<1> is a group represented by one of formulae II-IV: and each of R<2>-R<4> is a 1-8 C perfluoroalkyl group; and n is 1 or 2. |
