CONSTITUTION:A command execution part 2 checks whether transfer conditions Ti and (g) for transfer to an executed control command Ci whose preceding execution is completed coincide with a status signal S outputted from a mechanism part 3 or not before executing a control command Cg waiting for execution which is received from a central control part 3. Unless they coincide with each other, abnormality is reported to the central control part 1, and abnormality is detected before control command execution.</p> |
