PURPOSE:To stabilize the output of hammer and raise the quality of printing by a method in which time tables suitable for application conditions are selected by the detection signal of the operational speeds of a hammer and the output of the hammer is controlled. CONSTITUTION:The operation speeds of a hammer 1 are detected as voltage by the detection coil 3 of a hammer driver 100 and supplied to a comparator 108. Also, a time table 102 having exciting time when larger output of the hammer than by a time table 101 and a pulse generation circuit 104 are operated by output signal from a printing command 114. Then, given time widths of signals are output from the table 102 and the circuit 104 according to types to be printed. In the comparator 108, output voltage from D/A converter 107 is compared with measured voltage by the coil 3 and the value is given to FF 109. By output of FF 109, the table 101 or 102 is selected to control the action of the hammer 1. |
