摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To approximately accurately control the temperature of an object part to be controlled by independently controlling a heating block and controlling the temperature of the heating block in accordance with the variance in temperature of a main block. CONSTITUTION:A main block temperature controller TC1 is made in charge of the temperature control of a main block 1, and heating block temperature controllers TC2 and TC3 are made in charge of the temperature control of right and left heating blocks 2 and 2. When the temperature of a temperature- controlled object part P in the main block 1 is going to be controlled to a desired temperature T0, the set temperature of a temperature sensor 4 is set to this temperature T0, and those of temperature sensors 5 and 6 for temperature control of the heating block 2 are set to a temperature (T0+alpha) higher than T0. Turning-on/off of switches S1 and S2 is controlled by the detection signal from the temperature sensor 4 of the main block 1. Thus, the temperature of the main block 1 is prevented from excessively rising over the set temperature T0, and the degradation of work efficiency due to reduction of the heating speed of the main block is avoided.</p>
