This programmer comprises: - a plurality of programmer modules (20) which are self-contained in terms of energy and independent of one another, each of the said modules being connected directly to each of the devices (17), and including an electrical circuit for controlling the operation of the said device, managed by a microprocessor (1), the programming of which is stored in an associated memory, the said module furthermore including an interface capable of allowing the exchange of information with an exterior means via any medium capable of carrying coded information; - a portable console (30) intended to allow the entry of programming data into the microprocessor (1) of the said programmer module (20), and capable of interacting with the said programmer module, the said console incorporating a clock and including a data entry unit consisting of a keypad, and a screen allowing the displaying of the entered data. <IMAGE>
