PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion of the concentration apparatus and to improve the operational environment, by raising pH of the waste fluid above 10, when nitrogen oxides contained in the waste fluid are decomposed to harmless nitrogen by concentrating, drying-up and decomposing thermally the waste fluid after sulfur oxides have been removed as gypsum, at the wet desulfurizing and denitrating method for the flue gas.
