PURPOSE:To enable the inexpensive constitution of the compact laser beam processing head itself and obtain the laser beam processing head which generates less thermal distortions of a processing lens and does not generate processing defects in processing by large-output lasers, such as CO2 laser and YAG laser. CONSTITUTION:The later beam 1 incident side of a lens holder 5 which holds the processing lens 2 for condensing the laser beam 1 is constituted of a laser beam 1 reflector 13. The inside wall surface of a housing 4 existing in the route of the laser beam 1 before incidence to the lens holder 5 is constituted of an absorber 14 of the laser beam 1 reflected by the reflector 13. As a result, the compact laser beam processing head which can decrease the thermal distortions of the processing lens and can process a work stably with good accuracy is inexpensively produced. |
