PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of bucklings (liftings) of a cover member even when the cover member is repeatedly wound up and rewound, and maintain a light sealing property when the opening of a housing is closed. CONSTITUTION:A cover winding device 40 is equipped with a stop position changing device 60 by which the winding completion stop position of a winding roller 43 when the roller 43 winds up a magazine cover 32 is changed every time the magazine cover 32 is wound up, and also with a magnetic clutch 65 (load powering device) which exerts a load to the rotation of the winding roller 43 when the magazine cover 32 is rewound. |
