PURPOSE:The titled device, designed to steam an accurately weighed noodle thoroughly, and comprising partition plates each having a perforated part which extends perpendicularly to a plurality of wire netparts. CONSTITUTION:A noodle which is weighed accurately and cut in the weighing and cutting (rolling) part is dropped in the direction of arrow C to the part between the two partition plates 51 on the conveyor belt 24 at the position E. When the next plate 51 is moved to the position E by the belt 24, the next noodle is synchronously dropped, and placed on a part between the two partition plates 51. The noodle thus placed is lifted via the sprocket 26 while being supported by the plate 51, and then passed through the sprocket 27 downward while being supproted by the other plates 51 similarly. The noodle is turned upside down during the passage of the sprocket 27 and steamed thoroughly with the heating unevenness prevented. |
