PURPOSE:To enable to find the required particles grain distribution curve and also to find from one part of the curve the rest of the distribution curve by conjecture by statistically treating the particle distribution curve measured result. CONSTITUTION:A plural number of relative circuits 2 are connected serially to a particle detection device 1. To the relative circuits a plural number of frequency dividing circuits 3 are respectively connected and to said frequency dividing circuits 3 an in-and-output circuit 4 for serially putting in the frequency dividing circuits output. To the in-and-output circuit 4 an input unit 5 is connected and also to said in-and-output circuit 4 an arithmetic circuit 6, read-only memory 7, read-write circuit memory 8 and an output circuit 10 are connected. Further to said output circuit 10 a recording unit 11 is connected and as occasion demands a display unit 12 is connected. |
