PURPOSE:To obtain a low shrinkage unsaturated polyester resin composition which can give a molding having good transparency and excellent pigment dispersibility, impact resistance, water resistance and boiling resistance by mixing an unsaturated polyester resin with polyester/styrene/acrylic copolymer particles of a specified particle diameter. CONSTITUTION:30-70 pts.wt. unsaturated polyester resin is mixed with 70-30 pts.wt. radical-polymerizable monomer and 1-20 pts.wt. polyester/styrene/acrylic copolymer particles of a particle diameter of 0.1-15mum. Desirable examples of the radical-polymerizable monomer include a styrene monomer, an acrylic monomer and a mixture thereof. |
