PURPOSE: To obtain an apparatus for detecting the number of rotations by the simplest means in a way reducing a space by improving a wheel bearing device for a car having a number-of-rotation detector and to also obtain accuracy necessary for accurately count the number of rotations by a sensor. CONSTITUTION: In a wheel bearing device for a car having a number-of-rotation detector, a boss and an angular contact roll bearing are provided. At least the inner race 6 of the roll bearing is fixed in an axial line direction by an annular part 7 generated by plastic deformation and integrally formed to one end part of the boss 1 to protrude in a radius direction.
