PURPOSE:To provide an iron type automatic soldering device for executing the suitable temp. control corresponding to change of the heat capacity of a product to be soldered. CONSTITUTION:The temp. of a heater 1 to heat the soldering iron tip 2 and solder supplying quantity in a thread solder supplying part 6 are controlled with the soldering condition preset to the soldering iron controller 3. A temp. detecting means 21 detects the tip temp. of the solder iron tip 2 by a temp. sensor and the tip temp. profile of the soldering iron tip is inputted in a temp. control means 22. The temp. control means 22 controls heating condition of a joining part based on the preheating time, heating time, lowering temp., raising temp., etc., as the preset soldering condition. A robot control part 4 controls the driving part of a robot 5, the soldering iron controller 3 and the temp. control means 22. |
