PURPOSE:To conduct the operational service interruption in a power supply system efficiently and rationally by performing hierarchical processing based on the change of a local constitution developed on time-varying system information. CONSTITUTION:A system information is divided into a system information at system level and that at apparatus level on a wide range of equipment groups constituting an electric system. Then, the simultaneous prohibition relation of operations and the cooperation relation thereof are recognized on the basis of information at the system level and apparatus information accompanying each operation. In this manner, the relation at apparatus level between operations is recognized. Such information processing is dealt with as multilayered structure based on the change of a local constitution developed on time-varying system information. For that purpose, data input-output devices 1, 2 are connected by a communication network between master station and substation and the data input-output device 2 of the master station is connected to the arithmetic processing unit 3 of the multilayered information structure so that the title apparatus is constituted. Thus, the operational service interruption of a power supply system can be conducted efficiently and rationally while a consumer' s inconvenience is avoided. |
