PURPOSE:To obtain superior quality and productivity by heating thermopolymerization liquid resin injected into the gap between an original pattern and a base material and forming a Fresnel lens surface by polymerization and curing. CONSTITUTION:The liquid resin which can be polymerized and cured by heat is injected into the gap between the original pattern which has a Fresnel lens surface and the optically transparent base material and heated, and then the thermopolymerization liquid resin is polymerized and cured to form the Fresnel lens surface on the base material in one body. In this case, the thermopolymerization liquid resin needs to be liquid resin which can be polymerized and cured by heat and optically transparent after the polymerization, and there are, for example, a partial polymer obtained by stopping reaction halfway during the polymerization of a monoethylene unsaturated monomer, a partial polymer consisting of a mixture of this partial polymer and a new unstaturated monomer, and a partial polymer formed by equally dissolving a polymer which can be solved in the unsaturated monomer. |
