<p>PURPOSE:To suppress moire to a signal of frequency higher than the frequency of sampling and to reproduce a more faithful image by interposing a low-pass filter or integrating means whose time constant is larger than a sampling time in an image signal line, and cutting the high frequency component of an input image signal. CONSTITUTION:A data sampling circuit is composed of polysilicon or amorphous silicon. This circuit consists of shift registers and inputs a transfer clock 10 and input timing data 11. Further, this circuit includes parts 16-18 of delay flip-flops 14 and a control circuit which controls sampling transistors(TR) 15 of respective data lines. The low-pass filter 13 having the specific time constant tauis interposed in the image signal line 12, and consequently the image signal is integrated with the time constant tau, so that the frequency component which is higher than 1/tau is cut. The integral value of the level of the image signal in one picture element section can be written, so the more faithful image can be reproduced.</p> |
