PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction due to the output of an unnecessary bus cycle signal by inhibiting a bus cycle signal from being outputted to a target while the in-circuit emulator gains internal access. CONSTITUTION:The in-circuit emulator 1 has an emulation chip 2 or microprocessor that outputs the bus cycle signal which becomes active with the 1st clock T1 in a bus cycle, a circuit which masks a bus cycle signal of active level outputted to the target 3 in the internal access, a circuit which adds one extra wait at the time of target access, and a circuit which outputs the bus cycle signal of active level to the target 3 with the 2nd clock T2 of the target access cycle. |
