PURPOSE:To provide the optical circuit which can contribute to the simplification of a light signal receiver. CONSTITUTION:This optical circuit has a 1st beam splitter 34 which deflects and separates the signal light introduced into an input port 32, 1st and 2nd optical couplers 38, 39 which respectively separately couple the two signal beams outputted after the polarization and sepn. by the 1st beam splitter 34 with respectively separately set locally oscillated beams and 2nd and 3rd beam splitters 35, 36 which respectively separately polarize and synthesize the beams of either of the beams branched and outputted from the 1st and 2nd optical couplers 38, 39 as one set and the beams of the other as another set. |
