摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the characteristics of residual magnetic flux density and coercive force of a rare earth metals and cobalt magnet by adding and mixing super- fine powdered metals such as Co, Fe, Ni, Mn and the like with a granular diameter of 100 through 10000Angstrom in addition to rare earth metals and cobalt alloy powder when manufacturing rare earth metal and cabalt magnet. CONSTITUTION:After mixing, vacuum dissolving and alloying one or more kinds of rare earth elements and one or more kinds of Co, Fe, Ni, Cu, Mn, Ta, V, B, Mo, and the like they are pulverized into powder and compressed in a magnetic field to mold a magnet. Then, the molded magnet is sintered at high temperatures to closely bind. However, the magnetic characteristics of the magnet will be deteriorated if the granular diametrs of rare earth elements and cobalt alloy particles are below normal 4 through 10mum. Therefore, in addition to these alloys, Fe, Co, Ni, Mn, Ag, Cu, etc. Will be finely pulverized into the granular diameter of 100 through 10000Angstrom or less and they are added by several percents to the alloy powder to make a magnet. In this case, the smaller the super-fine particles are, the better they are. However, it is specified that the granular diameter should be in a range of 100 through 10000l for better treatment.
