The high speed digital signal analyzer is designed to execute frequency analysis upto 100 KHz bandwidth in real time using one digital signal processor (DSP). The high speed digital signal analyzer includes an input buffer (12) for storing digital signal to be analyzed, a memory (13) having a frequency analysis program, a processor unit (11) including a 16-bit DSP to process input digital signals with high speed, a bus controller (14) connected to the input buffer (12), the memory (13), and the processor unit (11) to generate bus control signal according to input command from an operator, and an output buffer (15) for storing processed data temperarily before transmitting to an external display unit.
