The subject of the invention is the products of formula (I): <IMAGE> in which: one of A and B represents a nitrogen atom and the other represents a carbon atom, the dotted lines indicating that the pyridyl ring can be saturated or unsaturated, R represents an alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkyl-alkyl radical R1, R2, R3 and R4 represent: a) a radical -(CH2)m1-S(O)m2-X-R14 b) a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or a hydroxyl, cyano, nitro, sulphonyl, formyl, benzoyl, acyl or carboxyl radical, c) an alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy, acyloxy, alkylthio, alkylsulphinyl or alkylsulphonyl radical, d) a cycloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, arylalkenyl, aryloxy, arylalkoxy, arylthio, arylsulphinyl or arylsulphonyl radical e) a radical <IMAGE> R5 represents a divalent alkylene radical or -C=O, Y represents the radical -Y1-B-Y2. These products have advantageous pharmacological properties which justify their use as medicaments.
