PURPOSE:To provide a low-cost flexible wiring sheet having a high degree of design freedom with relation to a joining method of the flexible wiring sheet to be used for a variety of electronic equipment. CONSTITUTION:Wiring sheets 1a, 1b having insulation coating layers 3a, 3b of thermoplastic resin formed on both or either of wiring patterns 2a, 2b at the same wiring pitch are disposed putting the insulation coating layers 3a, 3b to face each other. A rigid support body having protrusions 6 continuously is disposed on one surface side of the wiring sheets 1a, 1b. An ultrasonic vibration horn 4 having a plane surface or continuous protrusions is disposed on the side of the wiring sheet 1a, and these are subjected to ultrasonic heating as they are pressurized, so the insulation coating layers of thermoplastic resin are heat fused to connect the upper and the lower sheets to each other mechanically, and connect the wiring electrically to each other, thereby they can be joined to each other in a short time. |
