PURPOSE:To enable entirely natural rewriting, by transmitting the video signal of specific field without fail through picking up every incoming of start signal. CONSTITUTION:The video signal (a) from the TV camera 10 is fed to the pickup gate C and also input to the synchronizing start signal forming section A, where the vertical synchronizing signal h is separated from the vertical synchronizing signal separation circuit 21 to output the synchronizing start signal (d) which rises with the vertical synchronizing signal h first incoming after the input of the start signal (b) at the synchronizing start signal forming circuit 22 and falls at the rear edge of the start signal. On the other hand, since the frequency division output (c) which inverts with the synchronizing signal h from the frequency division circuit 23 is transmitted, the start signal (d) passes through the AND gate 24 during the high level period of the frequency division output (c). The video signal passed is in agreement with the field of odd number scanning at the same side at all times. |
