<p>PURPOSE: To provide a digitizer screen and its production. CONSTITUTION: A plastic film 24 coated with a conductive material is perforated and is used in relation to a glass plate 22 or other panels, and a digitizer screen 20 on which a stylus pen or the like is moved is put on this film. This screen is used for an electronic digitizer to convert the position and the movement of the stylus pen to an electric signal indicating them. The perforated conductive plastic film with the coated layer is laminated on the glass panel to form an integrated structure body. This structure body doesn't require masking, etching, or similar processes for formation of a desired matrix pattern with an aperture on the plastic film. Various constitutions which facilitate connection of the plastic film aperture part to relevant electronic parts are presented.</p> |
