PURPOSE:To prevent thermal adverse effect on a substrate of an optical information recording medium and to excellently maintain the recording/reproduction characteristics. CONSTITUTION:In an air sandwich type optical information recording medium or a close contact combined type optical information recording medium, two hubs 6 which are perfectly face-adhered to the center of the substrate 2 on which optical information is written, are provided and a thermal conductivity compensating member 9 by a higher thermal conductivity material than the substrate 2 is provided by being adhered closely with the hub 6 and the substrate 2.
