<p>PURPOSE:To decrease both of point defects and line defects. CONSTITUTION:This liquid crystal device is constituted by laminating scanning signal lines and video signal lines DL 1, DL 2 on a substrate SUB 1 to a grid state in the state of insulating these lines from each other, dividing the display region on the substrate SUB 1 to plural display regions by the scanning signal lines and video signal lines DL 1, DL 2 and by laminating picture element electrodes ITO 1 and thin-film transistors(TRs) in on the substrate SUB 1 in the state of insulating these electrodes and TRs from each other. The video signal lines DL 1, DL 2 are laminated to multiple layers with insulating films INS 2 in-between. The surfaces of the video signal lines DL 1 are coated with the oxide films INS 1.</p> |
