<p>A surface-emitting power laser comprising on a semiconductor substrate (4), a plurality of elementary semiconductor stripe lasers (68), conical means (66) for reflecting along a direction perpendicular to the substrate (4), the light generated by each of the elementary lasers (68), the stripes (16) of the lasers (68) being disposed along radii of a circle whose axis (X) is parallel to this direction, the reflection means (66) being provided in order to reflect along this axis (X) the light generated by each of the elementary lasers (68).
