A connection for adjustably holding two window hardware members in pivotally connected relationship, including a first hardware member 12 with a first cylindrical opening 48, a second hardware member 16 with a second cylindrical opening 58, and a stud 30. The stud 30 has a flange 32 having two substantially parallel faces 34, 36 and a peripheral surface 38 therebetween, with a rivet portion 44 projecting from one face and a pivot portion 54 projecting from the other face. The rivet portion 44 includes a cylindrical neck 46 extending through the first cylindrical opening 48 and a head 50, the flange 32 and the head 50 engaging opposite sides of the first hardware member 12. The pivot portion 54 includes a cylindrical shaft 56 eccentric from the cylindrical neck 46 and extending through the second cylindrical opening 58. A C-ring 62 secures the second hardware member 16 for pivoting about the cylindrical shaft 56. The stud flange peripheral surface 38 is engageable with a tool to allow for adjustment of the pivotal connection by pivoting the stud. <IMAGE> |
