摘要 PURPOSE:To carry out continuous work by fixing the shearing speed and stretch ratio and winding when a liquid resin composite body having its strength different in different sites is molded by the filament winding method. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic matrix resin and liquid crystal 7 resin having its liquid crystal transition point higher than the melting point of said thermoplastic matrix resin are fed into a melting extrusion device 1 and both resins are heated up to the temperature higher than the liquid crystal resin transition temperature of liquid crystal resin and melted, and the liquid crystal resin is made in the state of dispersing in the matrix resin by kneading. Extrusion is carried out at the constant shearing speed to make the liquid crystal resin fiber-like in the matrix resin. When the extrusion is carried out at the shearing speed lower than said constant speed, the liquid crystal resin is turned into the non-fiber-like state. Then the apparent shearing speed and stretch ratio are decided to control the extrusion, and a strand S is guided by guide rollers 2 and 3 and stretched, and then wound on a given mandrel 41 to manufacture a pipe-shaped product having its strength different in different sites.
