CONSTITUTION:A gear unit 16 is connected to the crank shaft 11a of a first engine 11 through a planet gear assembly 13. A driving gear 18 is fixed to the crank shaft 12a of a second engine 12 through clutch 14. The driving gear is brought into mesh with the driven gear formed on the external peripheral face of the carrier of a planet gear assembly through an idle gear 17. Based on the detection output from an accel sensor 29, first accel opening degree sensor 31, second accel opening degree sensor 32, first rotation sensor 41, second rotation sensor 42, and car speed sensor 33, a controller 34 controls a first and second adjusting means 21 and 22. An engine auxiliary machinery 15 is installed in the first engine and is driven by the first engine.
