INSPECTING STATE OF PRINTING MADE BY SCREEN PRINTING

摘要

PURPOSE:To inspect correctly and efficiently the state of printing for printing patterns on a printed matter made by screen printing. CONSTITUTION:Patterns 8 for inspection made by screen printing in a specified area 7 for the inspection on a substrate 15 under the same condition as printing patterns 14 that are supposedly printed under the severest condition out of the printing patterns 6 by screen printing are made the object for the inspection, and judgement is made on availability of the printing on the whole area of the substrate only by making the inspection on such patterns. Thereby a measurement apparatus can be miniaturized while maintaining execution of efficient and reliable inspection.
