PURPOSE:To solve a scarcely soluble fluorinated hydrocarbon into a straight- chain aliphatic compound by adding a surfactant and a polar solvent to the fluorinated hydrocarbon, introducing the mixture into a line mixer while vigorously stirring and mixing the mixture with a straight-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon in a pipe line. CONSTITUTION:A surfactant and/or a polar solvent (b) is added to a fluorinated hydrocarbon (a) and the resultant mixture is introduced into a line mixer LM1 while vigorously stirring the mixture and mixed with a straight-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon (c). Then the mixture is further mixed with the straight-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon by passing through a line mixer LM2 to dissolve the fluorinated hydrocarbon into the straight-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon. |
