<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of stuffiness and itchiness at the time of fitting a body fluid disposal article by forming fluid permeable openings with a plurality of ribs intersecting each other, and forming gas permeable fine holes smaller than fluid permeable openings at least on either type of the ribs. CONSTITUTION:A surface sheet 1 is made of thermoplastic resin, and formed with a plurality of rows of the first directional ribs 2 laid in parallel to the first direction XX, and the second directional ribs 3 laid in parallel to the second direction YY, respectively intersecting each other. Also, liquid permeable openings 4 are formed with two rows of the first and second directional ribs 2 and 3 adjacent to each other. In addition, the first and second directional ribs 2 and 3 are jointed to each other at respective intersections. In addition, fine gas permeable holes 5 smaller than the openings 4 are formed at least on either type of the ribs 2 and 3. As a result, gas permeability can be maintained between a user's skin and an absorbent body even when the first and second ribs 2 and 3 come in contact with the skin, thereby preventing the occurrence of stuffiness and itchiness.</p> |
