<p>PURPOSE:To unify a 0 V potential face as a reference against a signal layer, to stabilize the electric characteristic of the signal layer and to enhance the noise-resistant characteristic of a power-supply layer in a printed wiring board. CONSTITUTION:While an epoxy is used as insulating layers, 11, grounds 4 for signal use and grounds 5 for power-supply use are differentiated and arranged as reference potential faces against signal layers 2 and a power-supply layer 3. The signal layers 2 are arranged against the grounds 4 for signal use; the power-supply layer 3 is arranged against the grounds 5 for power-supply use; the power-supply layer 3 is sandwiched between the grounds 4 for power-supply use. Thereby, a 0 V potential face as a reference against the signal layers 2 is unified, its electric characteristic is stabilized, and the noise-resistant characteristic of the power-supply layer 3 is enhanced.</p> |
