PURPOSE:To provide a device with function limitation by each user in which the range of limitation can be changed by a user oneself. CONSTITUTION:The device is equipped with a program activation possibility judging chart 102D which collates a password level LV stored in a password level storage device to a password level LVV designated at each set item, and decides the advisability of the change of the setting at each set item corresponding to the size of the level LV and the LVV. Then, the device is equipped with a program activation possibility judging chart reloading means 102E which reloads the password level LVV added to the program activation possibility judging chart. |
