PURPOSE:To obtain a motor which can perform reliable revolution control by forming a circular step small in outside diameter outside of an end ring, and bonding and attaching a permanent magnet constituted of a circular radial anisotropic plastic magnet to be engaged with this step. CONSTITUTION:For a rotor 9, a cage rotor is constituted by making a second conductor of aluminum for a steel plate, and a step 19 is made at one end ring 1, and a permanent magnet 12 is set and fixed by making a binder permeate it, but the coupling force is large since the permanent magnet 12 is a plastic magnet. And, when the rotor 9 rotates, the integrated permanent magnet 12 rotates, and a Hall element 14 detects the N and S poles of the permanent magnet 12 running, and detects the revolution of the rotor 9. And, the detected signal is transmitted to a control circuit, and is operated to control the voltage to be applied to a stator A, and it operates to get proper revolution, but since the permanent magnet 12 is radial anisotropic, it is little influenced by the magnetic flux generated, and secure control can be obtained. |
