PURPOSE:To provide a high-performance dielectric porcelain which concurrently satisfies a high no-load Q and the small temperature change rate of a resonance frequency, for a dielectric porcelain composition suitable for the dielectric resonator, a dielectric filter, etc., used in such a high frequency wave region as microwave and millimeter wave band. CONSTITUTION:The composition is a dielectric porcelain composition expressed by a composition formula, Ba1-x-y(Mg1-z-v Coz Miv)xTayOa and in a specified range of z+v, x, y, particularly a range within 0.4800<=x+y<=0.4998. It is thereby possible to decrease the rate of temperature change of resonance frequency without deteriorating a high no-load Q of a composite Perovskite type composition of BaO-Ta2O5 origin. |
