PURPOSE:To provide a method wherein, by using a constitution in which the movement distance of a nozzle is made short, an illumination is radiated uniformly and an image is taken into accurately and with good efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A recognition camera 22 is installed between a nozzle 11 and a nozzle 18; an illumination part 25 is fixed and installed coaxially with its optical axis. A mirror box 23 which is connected to them is moved in parallel to the right and left direction. An LED lamp is installed by setting an inclination psiwith reference to the optical axis of the recognition camera 22; a beam of light is reflected by mirrors 29, 39 and electronic components 6a, 6b are irradiated uniformly. Since the height to which the nozzles are raised is made short and the distance from the illumination up to the electronic components can be made sufficiently long, the beam of light can be radiated uniformly and an optical image can be taken into stably. Since the illumination part is a fixed part, there in no danger that an electricity-feeding wire is disconnected. |
