<p>PURPOSE:To drive a miserasure preventive claw, a positioning means, etc., by one mode motor and to prevent the force of an energizing spring from being applied when a standard tape cassette is used as to the magnetic recording and reproduction device which can perform the recording and reproducing operation of a small-sized tape cassette and the standard tape cassette. CONSTITUTION:When the small-sized tape cassette 27 is used, the small-sized tape cassette is positioned at a specific position since a positioning means 17 for the small- sized tape cassette is at a 1st position. Further, when the standard tape cassette 5 is used, the small-sized tape cassette positioning means 17 which is moved to a 2nd position by the loading operation of the standard tape cassette is moved by a restriction means, which is driven by a motor 7 for move transition, to a position where the energizing force of the energizing means is not transmitted to the standard tape cassette.</p> |
