<p>PURPOSE:To distribute work to a machine capable of completing manufacturing within the shortest appointed date of delivery with a few manhour by means of a uniform method without being conscious of operation time different in each machine and time necessary for the work in the production planning work of a plant. CONSTITUTION:Ordering information 1 for managing an item ordered from a customer and the number of units, workable machine information 3 for managing the information on a machine to be driven in each item, working time information 4 for managing time necessary for work to be changed in accordance with the combinations of items, the number of units and machines, and capacity/load information 5 for managing the operation time of each machine and the loading time of the loaded machine in each month are stored in a storage device. In work 6 for planning the production plan of the plant, the manufacturing completing dates of all machines capable of executing work for the ordered item are calculated (7) by percentage based upon these information and work is distributed (8) to the machine capable of completing the manufacturing within the shortest appointed date of delivery for one ordering information.</p> |
