The invention relates to single-walled flues consisting of straight or elbow elements 10, 10' fitted end to end and held together by clamping collars (band clamps) 7. Each flue element 10, 10' has a female end 2 with an edge 3 rolled over towards the outside. Its other end, shaped into a male end, has a fluted sleeve 5 around which is fitted an endpiece 14 having a fluted jacket 15 solidly attached to the sleeve 5 at points 18, and having a peripheral ring 16, projecting outwards, which forms a stop limiting the fitting of the male end of the corresponding element into the female end 2 of another flue element. This ring 16 is formed by a domed or rolled-over part. Application to flues. <IMAGE>
