Mfr. and erection of greenhouse roof - involves frame construction, glazing, lifting and placing of two hinged half frames onto greenhouse subframe

The greenhouse is constructed using a prefab. roof frame. The roof frame is glazed and then lifted and placed onto the structural frame (1,3) of the greenhouse. The frame of the roof deck can comprise of two leaves (14,15) hinged together. The two leaves are folded together for transport and lift, and opened out to fit onto the subframe. The frames are made to fit standard sized panes of glass and provides for hinged ventilation windows. USE/ADVANTAGE - Construction of greenhouse with reduced handling of glass panes for roof decking on site.
